Dr. Andrew Li is a Visiting Professor at the Department of Law, Tsinghua University. He served as Chief Justice of Hong Kong from 1997 to 2010, following a distinguished legal career as a Queen's Counsel and practitioner at the Hong Kong Bar. He received his education at Cambridge University.
His expertise spans legal systems, constitutional law, and public service, with significant contributions to judicial policy and governance.
