Andrew Kellett

Andrew Kellett is an Assistant Professor of History at Harford Community College in Bel Air, MD, specializing in trans-Atlantic cultural exchange and cultural creativity. He teaches courses in Western civilization, global history, Middle East history, and rock ‘n’ roll history at the University of Maryland-College Park. His research spans cultural studies, political culture, and gender expressions in popular contexts.

His work explores intersections of music, identity, and transnational influence, particularly in blues and rock music. He has published in edited collections and is preparing a monograph on American blues and British rock music from 1960-1970.
