Andrew Heys

Dr. Andrew Heys is a Senior Lecturer and Course Director of the Master of HRM at the UTS Business School's Management Discipline Group. He holds a PhD in HR practices in law firms from Macquarie University (2013) and prior roles as Director of International Engagement at Macquarie Business School and MBA Director (2015-2018). His expertise spans HRM, international business, and organizational behavior, with teaching across UG/PG programs like Future of Work and Managing Staff. He advises on negotiation and leadership in industry and leads the 2024-2025 New Colombo Plan-funded International Management Field Study grant.
