Andrew Goldsmith

Andrew Goldsmith serves as an Assistant Professor and Director of Sport Management at Colorado State University (CSU), with a tenure home in the Department of Sociology within the College of Liberal Arts. He also directs the Colorado Rockies Sport Management Institute and oversees Online Learning and Instructional Design for Sport Management. His research focuses on organizational behavior, ethical decision-making, and whistleblowing in sport, particularly within intercollegiate athletics and NCAA frameworks.

Goldsmith holds a Ph.D. from Texas A&M University, an M.S. from Indiana University of Pennsylvania, and a B.S. from Temple University. His academic work bridges sociology and sport management, addressing issues like athlete welfare, policy reform, and institutional accountability. He has published extensively on topics ranging from NCAA concussion litigation to gender discrimination in sport administration.
