Prof Andrew Godley is a Professor in Entrepreneurship & Innovation at the University of Sussex Business School. His research focuses on historical approaches to food systems, alternative proteins, and entrepreneurship's role in sustainability. He previously held leadership roles at Henley Business School, including Pro Dean, and established the Henley Centre for Entrepreneurship. He is a Visiting Professor at Zhejiang University, China.

Research Interests: Combines historical analysis with contemporary challenges in food innovation, entrepreneurship, and sustainability. Prior work explored entrepreneurship’s relationship with religion and global pharmaceuticals industry dynamics.
