Andrew Fish

Dr. Andrew Fish is a Professor in the Electrical & Computer Engineering and Computer Science Department at the University of New Haven's Tagliatela College of Engineering. His educational background includes:

• Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering from University of Connecticut
• M.S. in Mathematics from Saint Mary's University
• M.S. in Electrical Engineering from University of Iowa
• B.S. in Electrical Engineering from Worcester Polytechnic Institute

His research focuses on control systems, robotics, adaptive control, and nonlinear systems. He has developed and taught numerous graduate and undergraduate courses including Robotic Control, Adaptive Control, Control System Design, and Discrete and Continuous Systems.

Professor Fish has supervised multiple graduate theses in areas spanning nonlinear control, automotive suspension systems, and robotics. His scholarly recognition includes Marquis Who's Who awards and recognition as a World Class Researcher by Clarivate Analytics.

He maintains professional memberships with AAUP, IEEE, and NSBE, and has served in various leadership roles including Chair of the Faculty Senate and Department Chair.
