Dr. Andrew Desbois is a Senior Lecturer at the Institute of Aquaculture, University of Stirling. His research focuses on the microbiology of aquaculture systems, particularly antimicrobial resistance (AMR) and interventions to mitigate this global challenge.
Current responsibilities include membership in the Divisional Research Committee and Divisional Postgraduate Research Committee. Former roles include Divisional Chief Examiner and scientific member of the Animal Welfare and Ethics Review Body.
