Andrew T. Day, M.D., M.P.H. is Associate Professor of Otolaryngology at UT Southwestern and Eugene P. Frenkel Scholar in Clinical Medicine. His clinical expertise includes head and neck oncologic surgery and microvascular reconstruction, with research focusing on cancer survivorship, prevention, and treatment optimization.
Research examines tobacco cessation programs, treatment outcomes for head and neck cancers, and survivorship care models. He leads multiple NIH-funded projects including a $2.4M initiative developing head and neck cancer care pathways.
