Associate Professor Andrew Beattie is a renowned historian at the University of New South Wales (UNSW) in Sydney, specializing in German and European Studies within the School of Humanities and Languages. His work focuses on post-1945 transitions from Nazism and post-1989 transitions from communism, with particular emphasis on memory studies and transitional justice.
