Andrew Bacon

Andrew Bacon is Professor of Practice at Nottingham University Business School, University of Nottingham. With over 30 years of global experience in organizations like Honda, KPMG, and BT, he specializes in lean/agile change management. As CEO of Enactus UK, he develops responsible leaders through social impact programs.

His research interests include social entrepreneurship, leadership development methodologies, regional economic growth strategies, and corporate citizenship frameworks. He bridges industry experience with academic insights in organizational transformation.

Awarded an OBE for economic contributions, he has chaired the Leicester and Leicestershire Local Enterprise Partnership and served as HRH The Prince of Wales' Regional Ambassador.
