Prof. Dr. Andreas Wieck is a full Professor of Applied Solid State Physics at the Ruhr University Bochum, affiliated with the Faculty of Physics and Astronomy. He leads the Chair of Applied Solid State Physics, focusing on semiconductor research and device development.
