Andreas Weiler

Dr. Andreas Weiler is Senior Lecturer in Intelligent Information Systems at ZHAW School of Engineering and Deputy Head of Research Group. He directs studies for the CAS Information Engineering Management program and serves on international committees for knowledge graph research. His teaching covers database systems, data engineering, and professional development courses.

Research focuses on developing computational methods for analyzing digital governance infrastructures, particularly municipal website analytics and cross-country e-government comparisons. Recent projects include DIGILOG for monitoring digital transformation and multimodal embedding techniques for public sector data.
