Andreas Knabe

Professor Dr. Andreas Knabe is a Research Professor at the Leibniz Institute for Economic Research Halle (IWH) since June 2016 and holds the Chair of Public Finance at the Faculty of Economics and Business Administration at Otto von Guericke University Magdeburg. He is also a Research Fellow of the CESifo research network.

• Research Focus: Labor market, social policy, satisfaction research, and regional disparities.
• Membership: Social Policy Committee of the German Association for Social Policy.

Publications: His work includes multidimensional well-being analyses using OECD data, exploring regional inequality and EU funding eligibility.
