Andreas Klappenecker

Andreas Klappenecker is a Professor in the Department of Computer Science & Engineering at Texas A&M University. His research focuses on quantum computing, image processing, and cryptography, with contributions to quantum error correction, algorithms, and distributed systems. He holds a Ph.D. and Diplom from the University of Karlsruhe (now Karlsruhe Institute of Technology). Klappenecker has received notable awards including the NSF CAREER Award (2004) and the Halliburton Faculty Fellowship (2007).
