Andreas Karrenbauer

Andreas Karrenbauer is a Senior Researcher in the Algorithms and Complexity department at the Max Planck Institute for Informatics, Saarbrücken (since 2013). He also serves as CEO of andaminika GmbH (since 2018). His research focuses on combinatorial optimization, algorithm engineering, and computational interaction, with applications in OLED displays, user interface design, and distributed systems. He holds a PhD from Saarland University (2007) and a Master's in Physics from Saarland University (2007).
