Andrea Sgambelluri

Andrea Sgambelluri is an Assistant Professor at the TeCIP Institute of Scuola Superiore Sant'Anna in Pisa, Italy. He holds a Master's degree in Telecommunications Engineering (2007) and a Ph.D. (2015) from the University of Pisa, where he received the 2015 OFC Corning Outstanding Student Paper Competition Grand Prize. His research focuses on Software Defined Networking (SDN) for optical networks, network reliability, and AI applications in telecommunications.
