Andrea Renda

Andrea Renda is a Part-time Professor at the Florence School of Transnational Governance, European University Institute (Italy). He also serves as a Senior Research Fellow and Head of the CEPS Unit on Global Governance, Regulation, Innovation and the Digital Economy (GRID). Additional affiliations include Non-resident Senior Fellow at Duke University’s Kenan Institute for Ethics (United States) and Visiting Professor of Competition Policy and the Digital Economy at the College of Europe (Belgium).

• Current research focuses on regulatory governance, innovation policy, and ethical challenges of AI.
• Advisory roles for institutions like the European Commission, OECD, and World Bank.

His recent publications address topics such as pandemic privacy, resilience in regulation, and digital transformation in higher education.
