Andrea Purdy is an Associate Teaching Professor of Spanish and Undergraduate Coordinator in the Department of Languages, Literatures and Culture at Colorado State University. She has been at CSU since 1999 and holds a Ph.D. in 20th Century Spanish American Literature from Texas Tech University (1987). Her expertise includes contemporary Spanish American prose, language pedagogy, and cultural studies.
