Andrea Miglionico

Andrea Miglionico is an Associate Professor at the University of Reading, serving as Programme Director for the LLM Commercial Law and Deputy Director of the Centre for Commercial Law and Financial Regulation (CCLFR). His work focuses on banking law, financial regulation, and the intersection of law and technology. He supervises PhD students in banking and finance law and has received grants from the ESRC and British Academy.
