Dr. Andrea Grin is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Pathology and Molecular Medicine at Queen’s University, affiliated with the School of Medicine within the Faculty of Health Sciences. She practices at Kingston General Hospital and previously held roles at St. Michael’s Hospital in Toronto. Her research focuses on gastrointestinal (GI) and gynecologic pathology, with a strong emphasis on anatomical and clinical pathology. Dr. Grin holds an MD and BSc from the University of Toronto, complemented by residency training in anatomical pathology and a surgical pathology fellowship specializing in GI pathology.
