Andrea Büttner

Andrea Büttner is a Professor at the Academy of Fine Arts Munich (AdBK München), where she leads the class in Painting and Graphics. She previously served as Professor of Art in a Contemporary Context at the Kunsthochschule Kassel from 2017 to 2024. Her academic and artistic work bridges fine arts with philosophical, theological, and social inquiry.
