András Müllner is an Associate Professor at the Institute for The Theory of Art and Media Studies, Eötvös Loránd University (ELTE), with a focus on media and communication. Since 2007, he has served as a full-time lecturer, teaching courses on communication theories, mediality, and minority identity. His habilitation in 2009 explored interactivity in philosophical discourse and performativity in Hungarian neo-avant-garde art.
- Research areas: Neo-avant-garde art, Roma representation, media anthropology, postcolonial contexts, and interdisciplinary studies.
- Leadership: Head of the Department of Media and Communication at ELTE (2010–2015).
