Dr. Ancy Gamage is a Senior Lecturer in the Management Department at RMIT University's City Campus. She specializes in organizational and community inclusion, resilience, and sustainability. Her research focuses on diversity management (intersectionality, neurodiversity), ethics, leadership, and innovative pedagogies. She leads a government-funded project enhancing inclusive active outdoor recreation for Culturally and Linguistically Diverse women.
Dr. Gamage has held leadership roles including Program Manager for the Bachelor of Business (Management and Change) at RMIT and Transnational Education Site Coordinator at Victoria University (2016–2023).
