Anchal Garg

Dr. Anchal Garg is a Senior Research Assistant and Semester Tutor in the Faculty of Society & Design at Bond University. She holds a PhD in Psychology from Western Sydney University focused on multidimensional schizotypy, mind wandering, and metacognition, and a dual B.A./M.A. in Clinical Psychology from Amity University.

Her research examines cognitive processes in schizophrenia spectrum disorders, mindfulness applications, binge drinking behaviors, and educational psychology. She has published on topics including schizotypy, metacognition, mindfulness interventions for alcohol use, and cognitive impairments in psychiatric disorders.
