Anca Baker is the Economics Programme Lead and a Senior Lecturer in Business and Management at Bath Business School, Bath Spa University. She joined in October 2017 after conducting research and teaching Business Economics at the University of Bath.
Her research bridges Management and Psychology, focusing on cognitive bias and cognitive management, particularly how these influence decision-making in technology adoption projects. She specializes in business economics, environmental economics, international economics, and economic policy.
Professional memberships include:

She leads modules such as Economic Foundations, Economic Principles, Methods for Economic Analysis, Cross-Cultural Management in International Business, and Governance, Ethics and Risk Management.
