About
Ana-Maria Raclariu is a Lecturer in Theoretical Physics at King's College London's Department of Mathematics, affiliated with the Faculty of Natural, Mathematical & Engineering Sciences. She holds a BA/MMath from the University of Cambridge and a PhD from Harvard University (2020). Her research focuses on classical and quantum gravity, particularly holographic aspects in asymptotically flat spacetimes and their implications for black holes.
Research interests include asymptotic symmetry algebras, infrared gravitational observables, memory effects, and observational signatures of quantum gravity. She previously held postdoctoral roles at the Perimeter Institute and University of Amsterdam, and is an affiliate of the Heising Simons collaboration on Quantum Gravity Observational Signatures.
- Education: BA/MMath (Cambridge), PhD (Harvard)
- Postdocs: Stephen Hawking Fellow (Perimeter), Heising Simons/MCSA Fellow (Amsterdam)
Her work bridges conformal field theory, effective field theory, and gauge/gravity duality to explore gravitational scattering and universal properties of celestial holography.
