Ana Hernández

Ana Hernández is an Associate Professor at the University of Valencia, where she has been employed since 2003. She holds a double affiliation with the Department of Methodology and the Research Institute for Personnel Psychology, Organizational Development, and Quality of Working Life (IDOCAL). She earned her PhD in Psychology from the University of Valencia in 1998.

Her research spans two primary domains: methodological psychology and work-organizational psychology. In methodology, she investigates validity of measurement instruments, scale analysis, and item functioning. In work-organizational psychology, she focuses on team dynamics, leadership effectiveness, and the socio-economic impacts of underemployment.
