Ana Bobić is a Senior Researcher at the Jacques Delors Centre and Adjunct Professor at the Hertie School. Her work focuses on EU legal accountability, constitutional conflict, and the socio-economic dimensions of EU governance. She leads a DFG-funded project examining judicial conflict and EU constitutional reconfiguration. Previously, she served as a référendaire at the Court of Justice of the European Union and held postdoctoral and lecturing positions at the University of Oxford.

- Research: Expertise in legal accountability in EMU, transnational solidarity, and Hegelian theory applied to EU law.
- Publications: Authored two books and numerous articles on EU constitutional dynamics, including The Jurisprudence of Constitutional Conflict in the EU (OUP, 2022) and The Individual in the Economic and Monetary Union (CUP, 2024).
Her teaching includes EU Law & Governance at the Hertie School. Current projects explore accountability mechanisms for the ECB and the evolving role of solidarity norms in EU law.
