Anže Slosar is an Adjunct Associate Professor in the Department of Physics and Astronomy at Stony Brook University and Distinguished Scientist at Brookhaven National Laboratory. He serves as group leader for the Cosmology & Astrophysics Group. His research in observational cosmology utilizes Cosmic Microwave Background and Large Scale Structure data to study cosmological parameters, neutrino masses, and primordial non-Gaussianity.
Current major projects include serving as Science Lead for the LuSEE-Night experiment, a NASA-DOE lunar radio telescope pathfinder mission scheduled for lunar landing in 2026. He is also involved in preparation for data from the Rubin Observatory, the next-generation US astronomy flagship project.
