Amy Zeng, PhD, is the Dean of Suffolk University’s Sawyer Business School and a Professor. She is the first female dean in the school’s history, appointed in July 2020. Her expertise lies in experiential learning, supply chain management, cybersecurity, and sustainable logistics. She holds a PhD in Business Administration from Penn State University, an M.S. in Industrial Engineering from the University of Washington, and a B.S. in Industrial Management Engineering from Beihang University.
Her research focuses on cybersecurity in supply chains, green logistics coordination, and global supply chain design. Notable contributions include work on reverse mobile phone supply chains and agile virtual enterprises in reverse supply chains. She has been recognized with the CIBER International Case Writing Competition Award (2007) for her case on global logistics processes.
