Amy Young

Amy Young is Associate Professor and Associate Director of Clinical Training in Spalding University's School of Professional Psychology. As a clinical psychologist, she maintains a private practice specializing in addiction treatment, couples counseling, and infertility-related mental health assessments required by the FDA.

Her clinical and research interests include:

• Substance abuse treatment interventions
• Mental health challenges in incarcerated populations
• Counseling for infertility and reproductive challenges
• Family therapy in crisis situations

She serves on the Board of Directors for Colorado Dance Collective and emphasizes the empowering role of education through her family legacy of academic achievement.
