Amy Ward

Amy Ward is the Rothman Family Professor of Operations Management at the University of Chicago Booth School of Business, where she focuses on stochastic systems and service operations management. She also holds an honorary Distinguished Fellow position at the Hebrew University of Jerusalem School of Business Administration (2025-2026).
