Amy Shanler is a Teaching Professor at Boston University's College of Communication (COM), where she serves as Associate Chair of the Department of Mass Communication, Advertising, and Public Relations. She co-directs the award-winning PRLab, the nation’s longest-running student-led public relations agency, and teaches courses in public relations principles, crisis communications, and media relations.
