Amy R. Knowlton is a Professor at the Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health, affiliated with the Department of Health, Behavior and Society and the Center for Global Health. Her research focuses on how social support networks and caregiving relationships influence health outcomes in marginalized African American communities, particularly among individuals living with HIV/AIDS and those affected by opioid and illicit drug use.
