Amy O'Connor

Amy O'Connor is a Lecturer in Psychological Intervention (CBT) at the University of Surrey's School of Psychology. She specializes in Cognitive-Behavioural interventions and has extensive experience in NHS Talking Therapies for Anxiety and Depression services. Her roles include Psychological Wellbeing Practitioner, Cognitive Behavioural Psychotherapist, and Clinical Lead.
