Dr. Amy McLaughlin is a Sociology Lecturer and Academic Advisor at the University of Maryland's Department of Sociology. She serves as an internship and career development specialist for undergraduate sociology majors, advising on course registration, major benchmarks, and graduation clearance while teaching courses including Women's Empowerment in Low and Middle Income Countries, Sociology of Gender, and Transition from Student to Professional.
