Amy Mars

Dr. Amy Mars is an Associate Professor in the Department of Classics at Wake Forest University. She earned her BA in Classics and Philosophy from Northwestern University (2010), and MA and PhD in Classics from the University of Texas at Austin (2016). Her research focuses on ancient Greek aesthetics, particularly in Greek lyric and tragedy, alongside theories of perception and cognition in ancient thought.
