Amy Lean MacArthur

Amy Lean MacArthur, MBA, PhD, is an Assistant Professor of Business Administration and Part-Time Lecturer of Organizational Management at Crandall University’s Sobey School of Business. She holds a BComm from Acadia University and advanced degrees (MBA and PhD) from the University of New Brunswick.

Her research interests center on marketing ethics, consumer behavior, and organizational change. Notably, she co-authored a 2014 case study on bait-and-switch marketing practices in automotive sales, published in The Workplace Review.
