Amy Jakobson

Amy Jakobson, Psy.D. is a licensed clinical psychologist and Adjunct Faculty in the Clinical Psychology doctoral program at Pacifica Graduate Institute. She holds a Psy.D. in Clinical Psychology from Yeshiva University and completed postdoctoral training at NYU’s Postdoctoral Program in Psychotherapy and Psychoanalysis. Her work focuses on the integration of meditation and psychedelics into psychotherapy, alongside research into the efficacy and supervision of psychotherapeutic practices.

Dr. Jakobson serves as a clinical supervising psychologist for Ferkauf Graduate School of Psychology at Yeshiva University and Pace University, while also teaching the Psychotherapy Supervision Practicum at Pacifica. She divides her time between New York and California, engaging in private practice and academic contributions.
