Amy Chin

Amy Chin is an Assistant Professor of American Studies and Asian Studies at Vassar College, where she has been since 2021. Her academic background includes a BA from Cornell University, MA from Brown University, MS from the University of Oxford, and PhD from Brown University. She teaches courses such as Introduction to Asian American Studies and Feminist Security Studies: Reimagining Safety and Demilitarization, reflecting her research interests in intersectional feminism, postcolonial studies, and critical security frameworks.
