Dr. Amy Burns is a Senior Lecturer at the Department of Hospitality Tourism & Events Mgt, Ulster University Business School. She serves as Course Director for the BSc Consumer Management and Food Innovation programme and Director of the Food and Consumer Testing Suite (FACTS).
