Dr. Amr Abdullatif is an Assistant Professor of Computer Science at the University of Bradford. His research focuses on ensuring the safety and reliability of machine learning and deep learning methods in safety-critical applications including automated driving, healthcare, and supply chain management. He holds a PhD in computer science and system engineering from the University of Genoa.
Research interests span machine learning robustness, real-time data stream analysis, and industrial AI applications. His work bridges theoretical frameworks with practical implementations in collaboration with industry partners including GE, Valeo, and Renault.
As co-leader of SAFI (Secure AI and Future Intelligent Systems) and core member of Bradford's Automotive Research Centre, he develops next-generation AI solutions for complex engineering challenges.
