Ami Patel

Ami Patel is an Instructor in Business Administration and Bachelor of Business Administration programs at SAIT's School of Business, joining in 2023. She holds a B.Com in Accounting, M.S.W., and postgraduate diploma in HR Management. Certified as CPHR, CHRL, and SHRM-SCP, she brings 11 years of global HR experience across manufacturing, IT, and retail sectors.

She teaches Human Resources and Management courses, emphasizing real-world applications. Her expertise includes developing employee-focused strategies that have helped organizations achieve CMMI Level 5 certification and National HR Excellence Awards.
