Dr. Amber Rock is an Assistant Professor of Biology and Environmental Science at UNC Pembroke. She teaches courses in environmental science, freshwater ecology, botany, and scientific writing. Her research investigates how environmental and anthropogenic factors influence water quality and aquatic food webs, with fieldwork centered on the Lumber River conducted in partnership with Winyah Rivers Alliance.
