Miss Amber Dawn Shorter is a Lecturer in the Department of Modern Languages at The University of Texas at Arlington. She holds a BS in Deaf Education from the University of Science and Arts of Oklahoma (1999) and an MS in Deaf Studies/Deaf Education from Lamar University (2012).
