Amarachi Amaugo

Dr. Amarachi Amaugo is a Senior Lecturer in Human Resource Management and Organizational Behavior (HRM/OB) at the Leicester Castle Business School, De Montfort University (DMU). Her research focuses on decolonizing management practices through African philosophy, leadership dynamics, and entrepreneurship education. She also examines socio-economic factors influencing SME development in Nigeria and equitable access to urban infrastructure like bikeshare systems.
