Amanda Singer is an Adjunct Professor in Transformative Social Change at Saybrook University and an Associate Professor at Portland State University. A social justice educator with 30 years' experience, her work centers on trauma healing, conflict transformation, and arts-based peacebuilding.
Her research examines:
- Identity's role in conflict and enmification
- Peacebuilding strategies for atrocity prevention
- Arts as tools for social change
- Dignity restoration post-atrocity
- Imagination in peacebuilding futures
Dr. Singer serves on boards of the Peace and Justice Studies Association and Domestic Violence Safe Dialogue.
