Dr. Amanda Pitkethly is a Lecturer and MSc Clinical Exercise Physiology Programme Lead at Edinburgh Napier University's School of Applied Sciences. As a BASES-accredited HCPC registered Sport & Exercise Psychologist and Motivational Interviewing Network of Trainers (MINT) member, she specializes in applying self-regulated learning and behavior change models to health and performance contexts.
