Amanda Paracuellos

Amanda Paracuellos is a Lecturer at the UCI School of Law, specializing in corporate transactional law. She holds a JD from the University of Iowa College of Law (1996, with highest distinction) and a BA from the University of Michigan (1993). Her professional background includes over 20 years in private practice, serving as a founding partner at Sugg & Paracuellos, LLP, and previously as a partner at Crowell & Moring, LLP and attorney at Arnold & Porter LLP. She also served as General Counsel for an LA-based media company.

Her expertise spans corporate transactions, securities offerings, intellectual property licensing, and governance. At UCI Law, she teaches Advanced Legal Writing: Business Drafting, focusing on practical skills for transactional law. Paracuellos is affiliated with Paracuellos Law Group PC, continuing her private practice while contributing to legal education.
