Amanda Hellström

Amanda Hellström is a Senior Lecturer at Linnaeus University's Department of Health and Caring Sciences, affiliated with the Faculty of Health and Life Sciences. She holds a PhD from Lund University (2013) on insomnia in the elderly and non-pharmacological interventions. Since 2014, she has taught in nursing programs and served as Program Coordinator for the Nursing Program since 2020. Her research focuses on sleep health, eHealth innovations, and patient activation in healthcare transitions.
